We analyse 330 markets across Australia. The fundamentals we look for in blue-chip investment property markets include;

  • Demand and supply factors

 

When selecting suburbs, we like to compare using heat-maps, analysing those that might be undervalued and offer higher-than-average growth potential.

Differing streets and neighbourhoods within a suburb can have a significant impact on the value of your investment.

Sought after streets will offer better price growth potential than others, as well as attracting a higher standard tenant.

 

Once a local market has been selected we then analyse each property type.

A well selected property can outperform the market, regardless of it being a house or a unit.

We apply a number of metrics to understand the market for both houses and units. This includes a detailed review of building approvals (new property supply) and historical demand for all property types.

 

Our final step is the selection of the property. We look for street appeal and scarcity ensuring it will outperform others in the suburb.
