Rose Bay

Sam and Jim are doctors who were referred to us by their son who bought properties with us before.

The couple were in the market for a weekend home. While they knew what they wanted, they didn’t know where to find it.

For inspiration, we showed them properties in a variety of locations. Nine weeks later, we struck gold in Rose Bay with a beautiful art deco apartment overlooking the harbour bridge. It sold for $2.8 million at auction and is worth around $3.5 million now. 

Needless to say Sam and Jim were very happy.
