After her divorce, Meltem wanted to live somewhere that was familiar and safe. 

But, she had no idea what she was looking for.

As she was on a tight budget, we had to get creative. We also knew that Meltem had missed an apartment right before she engaged us.

So, we took a chance and met with the owners of that particular apartment building. 

And we struck gold!

It turned out that there was a better unit available and it was cheaper than what she had missed. After that, it just took us just 2 weeks to close the deal.
