Chris and Lucy were looking to add an investment property in the Eastern suburbs to their portfolio. They wanted something that they could enjoy while still getting great returns on Airbnb.

 

After a few nasty run-ins with some horrible buyer’s agents, they were naturally wary of working with us… but they were willing to give us a chance.

 

So, we pulled out all the stops and got to hunting. Within 6 weeks, we tracked down a beautiful beachfront apartment that was off-market. 

 

Better still – it has a fantastic Airbnb history and the couple now have a great investment property.
