Here I am to write a review on the run five months after purchase of an investment property with the help of Henderson Advocacy. A believer in wanting to do things for myself, I realised I would be waiting forever if I wanted to have the knowledge and time required to understand the market and inspect properties.I started out rather skeptical and thinking whether to spend the money on engaging their services but Jack and Sam went above and beyond in answering questions and clarifying any doubts I had about taking the plunge. In retrospect, I shouldn’t have hesitated at all. They are worth every cent I paid in fees simply on the basis of the time saved, and averting the delay in making a purchase. If time is money I had to try something different. I had let 12 months go by and another 12 would have easily passed.Henderson Advocacy were knowledgeable, did their research, shared detailed information at every step, showed me off-market opportunities and provided amazing support and guidance from start to finish. Sam was knowledgeable and realistic about areas and houses that suited my brief and receptive to my feedback. He was always professional, polite, and enthusiastic and to date continues to check on matters in relation to the property and with offers of help. I would not hesitate to recommend Henderson Advocacy to others – the service is exceptional and particularly suited for anyone who is time poor and lacking the knowledge or contacts in real estate market .

We have just secured our new home with the help of Jack, Daniel and Perry - it was a wonderful experience.We first started looking for properties on our own and were unable to find many satisfactory ones in this cooling down market. Talk about best of the best! These guys are the ultimate professionals. Jack, Sam and dan really know how to drive a bargain and they work around the clock to make sure what needs to happen, happen. We were recommended to Jack and the Henderson team after searching for a property for over twelve months, failing at auctions and unsuccessful in finding what we were after.We were quite skeptical at first, but after talking with Jack, understanding his wealth of knowledge, his great relationships with agents and his no nonsense approach and a good sense of humour ???? we decided to use Jack as our buyers advocate.The whole process was uncomplicated and streamlined. It only took 8 weeks and we got a property that fits exactly our brief and took all the stress out of the negotiation process. Jack was our primary contact and even though he’s the founder of a large business, no conversation was rushed. I had his ear the whole time.
