Here I am to write a review on the run five months after purchase of an investment property with the help of Henderson Advocacy. A believer in wanting to do things for myself, I realised I would be waiting forever if I wanted to have the knowledge and time required to understand the market and inspect properties.I started out rather skeptical and thinking whether to spend the money on engaging their services but Jack and Sam went above and beyond in answering questions and clarifying any doubts I had about taking the plunge. In retrospect, I shouldn’t have hesitated at all. They are worth every cent I paid in fees simply on the basis of the time saved, and averting the delay in making a purchase. If time is money I had to try something different. I had let 12 months go by and another 12 would have easily passed.Henderson Advocacy were knowledgeable, did their research, shared detailed information at every step, showed me off-market opportunities and provided amazing support and guidance from start to finish. Sam was knowledgeable and realistic about areas and houses that suited my brief and receptive to my feedback. He was always professional, polite, and enthusiastic and to date continues to check on matters in relation to the property and with offers of help. I would not hesitate to recommend Henderson Advocacy to others – the service is exceptional and particularly suited for anyone who is time poor and lacking the knowledge or contacts in real estate market .

We have just secured our new home with the help of Jack, Daniel and Perry - it was a wonderful experience.We first started looking for properties on our own and were unable to find many satisfactory ones in this cooling down market. With this frustration, we sought help from the Henderson team. We found them very experienced and knowledgeable in real estate investments. On top of sourcing off-market properties, they accompanied every single inspection, took care of communications with vendor's agents and provided insights on the building quality and investment worthiness. Just recently we secured our first home with Henderson Advocacy. Talk about best of the best! These guys are the ultimate professionals. Jack, Sam and dan really know how to drive a bargain and they work around the clock to make sure what needs to happen, happen. There is no way I could have secured such a great asset without their help. At first, as a first home buyer, I wasnt sold on using a buyers agent but i am so glad I did. They made everything so easy. Matt and Aaron were a must have to help us buy our first home, im positive we avoided so many traps and pitfalls and rookie mistakes along the way and have now moved into our first home!They took the time to learn our brief with some good test and adjust along the way do commit to the journey rather than getting a quick sale for you, sticking around for the home that speaks to you as you learn from each open house. We were recommended to Jack and the Henderson team after searching for a property for over twelve months, failing at auctions and unsuccessful in finding what we were after.We were quite skeptical at first, but after talking with Jack, understanding his wealth of knowledge, his great relationships with agents and his no nonsense approach and a good sense of humour ???? we decided to use Jack as our buyers advocate.The whole process was uncomplicated and streamlined. It only took 8 weeks and we got a property that fits exactly our brief and took all the stress out of the negotiation process. Jack was our primary contact and even though he’s the founder of a large business, no conversation was rushed. I had his ear the whole time. Having said that, we met Aaron and Perry who were both extremely professional and clearly knew our area, the agents and the market very well.I would certainly use Henderson Advocacy again and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone trying to find property. As this was my first ever property I was buying. I turned to Jack and his team at Henderson Advocacy for guidance. From the initial windows teams meeting, until the purchase of the property. They trained me in what was going to be the best property for my price range and provided me with Suburb reports to back up their facts. We engaged Henderson Advocacy to assist us with a recent purchase. The transparency and responsiveness of their communication was present from the start all the way through the buying process. Jack and Daniel initially assisted us with drafting a plan and then swiftly moved into execution. At all times we had access to the right info to make an informed decision as well as the right people for post purchase activities which was an added bonus. We had recently changed our specifications and were struggling to find suitable options with our new brief. If you’re serious about buying a property, Jack is your guy. He knows his stuff, well connected and goes out of his way to help. He also surrounded himself with cool and capable team.
