Here I am to write a review on the run five months after purchase of an investment property with the help of Henderson Advocacy. A believer in wanting to do things for myself, I realised I would be waiting forever if I wanted to have the knowledge and time required to understand the market and inspect properties.I started out rather skeptical and thinking whether to spend the money on engaging their services but Jack and Sam went above and beyond in answering questions and clarifying any doubts I had about taking the plunge. In retrospect, I shouldn’t have hesitated at all. They are worth every cent I paid in fees simply on the basis of the time saved, and averting the delay in making a purchase. If time is money I had to try something different. I had let 12 months go by and another 12 would have easily passed.Henderson Advocacy were knowledgeable, did their research, shared detailed information at every step, showed me off-market opportunities and provided amazing support and guidance from start to finish. Sam was knowledgeable and realistic about areas and houses that suited my brief and receptive to my feedback.
