San Francisco-based Phil and Amanda were looking to invest back in Australia.

We got to work and found an off-market property in one of Newcastle’s high-growth areas – all in just 6 weeks. 

 

They loved it and we closed the deal just 2 weeks before Christmas. 

 

Now they’re enjoying great rental returns and have since recommended friends and family.
