With one child quickly growing up and another on the way, Kate and Rohan were eager to find a good home. 

Property agents were of no help and they had wasted time and money on property auctions. Understandably, they were burnt out after 12 months of spinning their wheels. 

At their wits end, the couple engaged our services. They sat down with us and explained their needs, expectations, and budget.

From there, we got to work and snagged them an off-market semi house on one of Waverly’s most desirable streets for $2.1 million. Needless to say, they were extremely happy.
