18 months is a long time to spend looking for a property. And sadly, this was the case for Sydney-based bankers, Felicity and Marlon.

Having struggled with the Sydney property market, the pair approached us with plans to buy their dream home. 

Unfortunately, they simply could not afford it.

So, we advised them to invest in a property that would appreciate in value. 

This property would then be the stepping stone for their dream home.

They agreed and our team found an off-market apartment in a great location. All in, it took us just 5 weeks to close the deal.
