After searching for a home for months, we sought the services of Henderson Advocacy.  Jack and the team have been nothing short of wonderful for us and finding us our family home. They are the perfect mix of forthright and friendly.

The team not only rose to the changes and challenging demands of covid-19, a fast rising property market, and the seemingly shortage of listings in our search areas, but also communicated and reassured our concerns and fatigue along the way.

Jack and the team presented properties to us that we would not have been able to access or find ourselves, they organised inspections and arrangements within our constraints (covid and small children), they quickly knew what we wanted. They gave us great options when the market forces seemed to have changed, they continually brainstormed and communicated with us, respected all our decisions, ideas and concerns every step of the way, and were always at hand to answer our endless questions about different options.

In the end, they found us a property that met every element of our original search criteria, which is incredible given how much has moved and changed since the time that we started. We would not have been able to find and purchase our new home without them. Thank you guys so much.
